West Phoenix The inner neighborhoods include homes largely developed in the 1970s. The west side continues to spread outward. The area offers shopping &a a variety of dining choices.

South Phoenix includes low-cost housing & industrial areas. The South Mountain Park Scenic Drive provides sunsets that are the pride of Arizona & best enjoyed from a desert vantage point. 

Northwest Hikers enjoy the White Tank Mountain Regional Park. The Sun Cities & Youngtown are largely retirement communities with a casual pace.

East Side Bordering Phoenix is the town of Paradise Valley. Fine shopping is available at the Paradise Valley Mall. East of Paradise Valley is Scottsdale - "The West's Most Western Town." 

South of Scottsdale is Tempe a college town & home of Arizona State University.
