Newcastle’s spectacular coastline has been enhanced with the creation of the Bathers Way, a 5km coastal walk starting at Nobbys & finishing at Merewether Beach.

Newcastle is built around a large working harbour, the entrance to which is guarded by Nobbys Lighthouse & Breakwater. The  foreshore area is the perfect place to relax & watch the harbour traffic while enjoying a drink or meal in one of the many cafes, bars or restaurants.

Only 10 minutes from the city centre you can experience the best of nature at Blackbutt Reserve. Which allows close viewing of australian wildlife such as koalas, kangaroos, emus, wallabies & wombats.
